Erdogan has polled 52.85 percent of the votes counted so far, whereas, whereas, his main challenger Kemal Kılıçdaroglu was trailing with 41.23 percent of the electoral share. The only other candidate, Sinan Ogan, was a distant third with 5.37 percent of the votes. The counting of votes is expected to continue for the next few hours.
