Adani group to expand SIL#39;s Sanghipuram captive port capacity to handle large ships Adani Group firm Ambuja Cements on Thursday said it will acquire a majority stake in Sanghi Industries Ltd (SIL), one of the leading cement manufacturers from western India, at an enterprise value of Rs 5,000 crore.
